How do I upgrade to a Team or Enterprise account?

Option 1: Direct setup

Go to admin.wisprflow.ai and create an account using your work email address.

Option 2: Through the app

Create an account in the Flow app using your work email address

Navigate to Settings > Plans and Billing

You'll be redirected to the admin dashboard to complete setup

What if I already have an account?

To create or join a Flow Team, you must use your work email address. If you currently have a personal account with a different email, you'll need to create a new account with your work email.

Note: We don't currently support transferring your Dictionary or usage statistics between accounts, but this feature is on our development roadmap.

How do I know whether a Team or Enterprise plan is right for me?

Choose based on your organization’s size and needs: 

Choose the Teams plan if you: 

  • Want to get started quickly
  • Have typical security needs 

Enterprise Plan is better if you: 

  • Have complex security needs, like SOC 2 Type II compliance and the ability to enforce HIPAA compliance or Zero Data Retention for the entire organization 
  • Have 50+ employees 
  • Need specialized support 
  • Size-based discounts

Is there a minimum number of people I need to have on my team?

Teams plan: Minimum of 3 seats required

Enterprise plan: No minimum (and no maximum!)

Can I get a free trial for my business?

We don't offer free trials for Teams or Enterprise plans unless your Enterprise has more than 50 employees. You can request a free pilot program by contacting our Sales team.

What information is shared with my company’s admin?

Admins only have access to team management tools and collaborative content. 

What they CAN see:

  • Which users have joined your Team or Enterprise plan
  • Shared team dictionary and shared snippets 

What they CANNOT see:

  • Your audio recordings
  • Your transcripts
  • Your usage data or statistics

Do I still get my own personal dictionary and snippets?

Absolutely! Your personal workspace remains private by default. When you create new dictionary terms and snippets, they're only visible to you unless you actively choose to share them with your team.
